Forgot to write about day 1.
Day 1: Meals were easy enough, did not meet vegetable count. Workout was killer, felt dead but my back didn't flare up like I thought it would, so yay!
Day 2: Muscle cramp in mid afternoon, workout at 7:35 felt the pain of it return, almost nauseating, but not the cramp itself. Felt like i was full of water and about to spew. Arm exercise night, felt a lot shorter than night before.
