Instructor advised the following,
-Adjust protein to 4-6 oz is fine - not likely to happen any time.
-Make meals not snacks/grazing - will be hard as carrots and fruits like grapes are rough to pound out in a few minutes.
I had several theory's on the diet, but at this point, I think it's just a way to clean out the system of grains etc and not feel hungry.
