Holiday Weekend - Days 10-15
This was rough, my first time hanging out with Jay since the start.
All I wanted to get was get smashed, have some yummy looking corn salsa and chicken fingers...
But I didn't. The only exception I made was having pink eyed peas and a couple scoops of Gina's/Mike's mushroom steak topper. It was the weekend so it's eat what you want, but still I wanted to follow the meal plans.

The gym was rough tonight, outside whole time doing circuits of the parking lot. My back wanted nothing to do with it and I think I was even going numb to touch in the major pain area of my back.
The only thing that kept me going is the hope that comes a time I reach the point where the weight is lifted and my back is not 24/7 pain. That is the light i hope i see at the end of this long tunnel. Nice folks in the classes. One lady started trying to help me get going for the jog section.

Scale says I'm at 519. Not sure to trust it, +/- 10%  accuracy of it(per owners manual), puts the possible weight from 467-572 ish. thats a large variance.

I don't seem to be hungry. Over the weekend I've eaten probably 1/3 of the prescribed diet. Not sure whats up with that, maybe this bug that's been in my lungs for the last week...  I bought some chocolate mint protein bars - their on a shelf tempting me, helping steeling my reserve.
