What a cruddy weekend, wake up Saturday with my left eye entirely pink/red. Any bright light that caused the eye to contract was painful so stayed indoors cycling hot compresses on it. Broke slightly from food regimen as I just wanted to get the eye off my mind and a mint chocolate protein bar had a feel good affect for a few minutes. Had a few extra protein bars than I should of, and saltine crackers and a sweet spicy mustard. Eye was doing better but still tender to bright light Sunday, this morning really bright light i could feel the twinge, but sunglasses blocked that for the drive to work.Made some yummy 10 bean soup with beef and cabbage so I don't feel totally bad I had the bars. 2 heads of cabbage, 8 servings of beans and 1lb of beef. .
Scale is still a piece of crap, tried 3 times and it never locked on but was fluctuating in the 490-530 ranges.
