Day 25 - uhg blah uhhh
So get to gym last night, on time and ready to go, doh, forgot to bring gym cloths, and khakis won't flex without splitting on me so I goto kroger and walk around getting groceries. Having a cart to relieve some pressure on my back is soooo much easier than freeform walking.
Was happy to find alot of manager specials on meat that were lean. Freezer is now packed for a few weeks.
Those squats are still making me ooh ahh when I stand, dang!!
Woke up at 2 AM,couldn't get back to sleep, and I'm feeling it today and it's just past noon...Thankfully no gym tonight.
