Days 16 / 17
So weighted myself this morning, 497. I cannot recall last time something said i weight less than 500.
Taking that with a grain of salt for an accuracy of +/- 10%, I'm feel i can safely say I'm under 550 now.
Workouts have kind of sucked, we are doing them outside, and it involves alot of walking and with walls to offer relief to my back to lean against, it's sucking. I'm trying to park my van near the workout area of the parking lot so I can use it. Hopefully I can keep getting that close spot. My back has been pretty painful the last 3 days, definitely at a high 3 on the pain chart just sitting. The workouts are definitely hitting stage 4 and 5. Working through the pain is what I'm here for, only by gritting my teeth will I get by it. I don't feel a lot of the stretches hitting muscles that Michelle?(think that's our coaches name, I'm so horrible with verbal data, if i see it on paper I'll remember no sweat) says we should be feeling, I think it's just my fat padding padding things down. Don't get me wrong, I love working outside, just the lack of support is what sucks because once I hit stage 4 (about 5 feet of walking) the whole force grip seizing my back is a just a wonderful experience. A lot of guided meditation taking me elsewhere when it hits is all i can do.
Had my first VI shake this morning, made it with water, and it tastes good. Not sure what it qualifies as, only has 12g of protein which is 0.4ish oz?
